A New Year

Try as I might... I always have the best of intentions...
You know.
I will be consistent, stick with this passion on fire in me. Well, sometimes life gets in the way.
I am so busy it seems, that survival mode kicks in and I spend time just trying to get through the everyday. And yes... I do take "me" time but I don't always have time to document it...write about it, or share it with the world. Haha

Enter today.
I have been lucky enough to have a couple days when creativity no longer had to be put on the back burner. I have been following a wonderful program lately by Melody Ross, called Brave Girls Club. What's that, you ask? Well - check out the link here: http://bravegirlsclub.com
I have been a follower of the movement for years, but only in the last year have I been immersing myself in the message: I am BEAUTIFUL. And BRAVE. And LOVED. So much so that...well, I am now enrolled in Brave Girl University. ! It is going to be a wonderful year of finding my happiness, and protecting my peace. And being MORE creative.

Now. On to the crafty craziness of the day. :)
I have been playing a lot with the new Stampin Up Occasions catalog items, and the Saleabration freebies...and I have to say it has been fun! But today I saw the Can You Case It challenge (a sketch)... and I thought.... now, here is something I haven't had a chance to do for awhile. And that's where the fun started!

Here is the link to the challenge: http://canyoucaseit.com

I played with a few new items, and also used a couple of my favorite things...this is what I used, and here are some pictures! Enjoy!!
