Friends of Unity - My Favorite of 2019
Happy New Year! And welcome to our 1st Friends of Unity Blog Hop for 2020!
I have to say - this past year went by so quickly! I had a lot of changes this year, but it was all good! ALL good!
Blessings and lessons, that is the way I would put it!
With the end of 2019.... I knew I needed to get back to where my heart is... making pretty things :)
I quickly got down to business, creating a crafty space to be able to work in. My amazing boyfriend is SO supportive... and even though we live in a tiny house... he didn't just make space in his heart... but made space in our home for me to do more of what I love... he created the most amazing workstation - I love it, and him!
So, with the end of 2019, I got to look at all the goodies I had collected over the year - and my Unity is right at the top of my list! So this month, I am hopping with the Friends of Unity, and showing you all just a couple of my favorites (because... they are ALL my favorites... I couldn't pick just one!)
First up... I had to show you this - I am showcasing Moments of Bliss... by one of Unity's newest artistic additions...Graciellie Designs.
They have come on the scene with their amazing line of sentiments and images - and have offered them up as digital files as well! I used watercolor paper and colored this with my Zigs, before adding a sweet touch of blue vellum.
(Side note: that little bubble/texture stamp is also a Unity fave from a couple years ago, from the Everything set)
The gorgeous red rubber still has my heart though...
Next up.... I had to ink up Allow Yourself... one of my fave stamps EVER from Unity.
I fell in love with this stamp the moment I laid eyes on it - it really is one that I have used over and over for cards to give just to brighten someone's day... it's fun to color...
Today for this design I used my Prismas and layered it with some paper that just worked perfectly from Echo Park (I Love Family collection).
My friend's have some amazing designs to share with you as well - next up is my friend
Joyce! You can check out her design here. :)
If you want to hop around (see what I did there? snicker) you can check out all the projects from here!

I love both of your beautiful cards. And, yes, two of my favorites as well!!! How hard to pick just one or two though! LOL
ReplyDeleteThese are great Amber! Love how soft the 1st one is but am loving the orange too.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful cards. I’m in love with everything butterfly.
ReplyDeleteLovely cards, you picked some real beautiful sets for this hop, and I really enjoyed your post.
ReplyDeleteThese are both fabulous, loving the orange one the best.
ReplyDeleteI love the light look of your first card. It is very uplifting. The second card I know there is one similar to that from one of the KOTM kits and I am so intimidated to try it. I don’t know if I could do just to it like you did. Your colors are popping off the paper. Both are beautiful cards.
ReplyDeleteGlad you have a space to craft and thanks for sharing these pretty butterfly cards.
ReplyDeleteOkay... it’s in my basket... sold... those butterflies on the first card and the blue vellum... may need to get me some of that as well! Your second card just amazes me! Love your style!
