Freshly Made Sketches Challenge #718
Hi crafty friends!
I am popping in real quick with a fast and fun blog post ....
I am typically a once-a-month Blogger for our Friends of Unity monthly hop... but this year I made a promise (set an intention, rather) that I would really work towards busying myself with different projects and impromptu cards; joining some Blog Hops, Insta hops and just personal challenges to keep the creative juices flowing. I am not going to be strict on HOW MUCH I will be doing... there is no pressure in this. It is simply to have fun! So far... so good!
I decided to grab some inspo from the Freshly Made Sketches challenge blog and play with their clean and simple sketch - let's make a card!
Of course, I had to play with my Unity Stamps! I had the perfect idea for a quick and cute card to brighten someone's day!
Aren't these little sweeties the CUTEST?!
These little darlings are from Unity Stamp Company called Mousy Mischief Makers.
These little critters are a great companion stamp set for cardmakers - the sentiments work great for the back of your cards... or even envelopes. In fact it pairs well with so many stamps ... kinda like wine and cheese ;)
I simply colored the mice with Copics, and layered a panel of Crushed Curry cardstock that I cut random circles out of, over a panel of So Saffron cardstock (both CS colors are from Stampin Up!)
This clean and simple card will give anyone a giggle!
Thanks for stopping by!
Peace Love n Ink
Amber
